I was trained in Leadership Coaching at Rice University and I hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 100 individuals: from students transitioning out of college, professionals in career change, entrepreneurs starting a business, and C-suite executives dealing with larger-scale problems. As the official Career Coach for the Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) national organization, I’ve coached many young adult Catholics through job transitions, helping them align their careers with their values. In 2024, I was honored to be voted the “Best Catholic Coach” on the Catholic Best!

I bring a unique combination of coaching expertise and faith-based insight to my coaching. I earned a Master’s degree in Catholic Theology from the Augustine Institute, which allows me to integrate a deep understanding of the faith into any situation in life. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, I have a strong foundation in understanding the human person. I’ve also been trained in inner-healing prayer by Dr. Bob Schuchts at the John Paul II Healing Center, and I incorporate insights about healing and spirituality into my coaching practice.

My professional background includes years of experience in ministry, sales, and marketing, equipping me with a well-rounded perspective on the challenges professionals face. I still serve in ministry through my parish, teaching Adult Confirmation and RCIA on theology. I also serve on the Board of Governors for Bugumiro Uganda, an organization dedicated to empowering marginalized families in Uganda to rise out of poverty through education, medicine, and business opportunities.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a wife and a mother of two young children—my family is my biggest joy and accomplishment in life! Being a mother has made me a better coach, and being a coach has made me a better mother. I strive to balance the demands of career and home life with excellence and joy, and I hope to help you do the same.
